process after securing bail in 498a/406 and chances of quash success

Husband first filed application with CAW cell to get relief from harassment at the hands of wife. Not a single counselling session was held with CAW cell. wife later on filed maintenance petition under DV Act against husband and other relatives. Later wife filed 498a/406 against husband and relatives, in a police station which was located in district of her parental home and different from matrimonial home. wife claimed to have approached CAW cell in parental home and filed application there. That CAW cell sent only one notice to husband by courier to appear for counselling. The husband received the notice after the date of counselling was over. The accused relatives live in different cities and practice their jobs and professions in respective cities. husband secured bail from sessions court for all the accused.
Now want to under the process that will follow and what are the chances of success in the quash petition filed by relatives. How much is the lawyer fees for quash process?
