Procedure to withdraw a rape case filed by a woman

How can we withdraw a Rape case already filed on the basis of false promise of marriage.. 5 years of relationship he in sent in jail with mcr and he denied to marry as his adopted mother forced him to disagree as she wanted the pay back as she brought him up for 26 years and this reason i was not aware and when he was arrested and i got a face of got to know all this but now he is removed from her adopted mother will and he is with his real mother who gave birth , told me truth and is ready to get married , so how should get him out on this case..he was present in mcr Today 27TH JULY 2017. I would need advice ,what to do so that he gets bail what statement should i give when i am called , as tmrw his lawyer would apply for bail, i want to just close this case as soon as possible, please advice how i can and i dont want any issues for me. if i withdraw the case by police or court

You should appear with your Advocate in bail proceeding and bring all this fact on record. The same will suffice purpose of bail and for quashing FIR you need to file quashing petition before high court to obtain order. For more enquiry I would need to go through papers of case

Dear Client.
Its very late for u to think and act. Every action taken by you will be probably rewarded with revange. You must have thought 100 times before filing such complaint. You cannot destroy life of a person as per your wish and will.

I suppose at this stage, better to consult with accuseds family and take appripriate steps for withdrawal of case. During hearing of bail application there is no provision to listen to vicrim. Anyways consult acused advicate, make your statement before the court and soon he will be out on bail.

Please apply for quashing in the highcourt. Get the matter listed as soon as possible file in your affidavit and end the case. It will be easy case if done before the filing of chargesheet and then get married
