Procedure to apply for gov. job (RTO) during pendency of criminal case

I wish to join RTO kerala. I have pending case in court. And there Assistant motor vehicle inspector job require police clearance ?
Yes. Its a government job and all the procedures and formalities of the psc as well as the other authorities have to be met with. You will have to get a police verification for sure. If you have a case in court better get exonerated from the charges.

You can apply for the job, by the time the appointment memo is recieved you will have to finish the criminal case pending against you. Yes Police clearance certificate is required for every government job. Only if you are an accused in the csse it will affect you. If u r complainant then there is no issues

Never,lie when u submit ur job application or verification forms.if u r having a criminal case ,admit it.U can enter the service,but ur probation period may not be declared as over.The remedy is to consult ur lawyer for speedy trial and acquittal.u can approach the honble High court for speedy trial.
