the case has been allowed in favour of the petitioner who has filed the case as the respondent has not turned out and raised any objection. normally it is also said as exparte decree. so kindly take the copy of judgement and take necessary steps to set aside the judgement or else u will have to go by the terms in the judgement

What You Mean By Balance Court Fee In Civil Case?

When u file a civil case, the valuation of the suit will be there and based on that valuation the court fees is determined. Out of the total court fees the 1/10th is to be paid along with the filing of the suit and the remaining is to be paid before the trial starts. That remaining court fees is said as balance court fees



Q: Where to seek information about bond in college

I am post graduate got admission in karakonam medical college under management quota in 2015. I have to do bond 1yr .now government reduced bond to 6months . college telling it's not applicable.where to seek help in complaints n enquiry regarding self financing college what are the options available legally

File a complaint regarding the smae to the medical council of India and also to the state medical council and also to the chief minister and ministry for health. U can also give a complaint to PM and also union ministry for health

Hi, the original complainant has died (son) but now his mother want to continue the case on behalf of her son.. my question is there any time frame to reopen the case..??

Yes there is a specific time frame for that. Not more than 90 days. After that if u can prove the delay reason to the satisfaction of the court. Then she will added up as a party of the case and she can continue with the case. But in criminal case that is not possible.



Q: Husband harassing me by making fake profile and took my child

Sir im living with my mother for last 1 year. My husband used to visit my house 3 times during this 1year.But when he came this time he attacked me and my mother and taken my five year old girl child. It has been 8 years after marriage.now he has taken my mobile also and hacked my e mail id also he started a fake account in facebook by making my selfie as profile pic. 4 years before he hacked my Facebook account and sent some nacked photos of mine to a friend. Now he is saying that i have sent these photos to him. After that he made a nacked women pic as my facebook profilepic. Then also i didnt reacted to him. He is an alcoholist also. He also used to torture me mentally n physically. He is not giving me the gold and cash that given me by my parents. Also hes not willing for a divorse. What will i do sir?i want my daughter back. You can file a case for domestic violence. And also claim for the custody of the child. As per the law child is supposed to be with the mother.
