Procedure to apply bail in high court regarding criminal matter

IN IPC 1988 SECTION 7 HOW TO GET BAIL IN HIGH COURT IN WHICH WAY BAIL. WE WANT BAIL IN THIS CASE CAN HELP ME TO LEGEALY OPANION.

After getting the rejection order of your bail petition of the court below, you should file bail petition before the Hon'ble High Court. The Hon'ble High Court after finding merit in your bail petition ,may allow your petition and grant bail.

Your query is not clear. Are you talking about Anticipatory Bail or Regular bail? However, in both case first you have to move the bail application before the lower court and if lower rejects the application then you will file application before high court.
