Procedure to appear in any criminal case under provisions of CrPC

I being a lawyer wish to appear in a criminal case on behalf of the State this is because I smell fishy with the attitude of the APP & even Court. Under what section of the Cr.PC, I can file a waqalatnama to argue against the accused.

as a being lawyer you can also appeare in criminal case on behalf of the state under section 301 and 302 of CRPC you can file a wakalatnama to argue against the accused and you may also assist to app or pp

Technically I don't think any person, who is not a party has any right to be represented / heard.
U need to contact the informant and appear on his behalf and the court may allow you to assist the APP during arguments.

You can't choose yourself to represent someone either the state or any individual. For being an APP it is necessary to be directly appointment by the state or passing required examination and interview etc. For the first you need to find some practical ways which depends upon your connections and many other things. So better to prepare for the examination .
