Procedure for filing of criminal case of theft and corruption

How can I file a case against the corruption and thefting in mid day meal in our primary school?

without going to police station you can do the same and the police will be bound to take action and will have to lodge FIR within 24 hours failing which it will be contempt on part of police and hence action can be taken and proceeded with

Yes. you can take legal action against it. Prior it, you can discuss it with an Advocate and told him details with evidence which you already collected or may collect. Here, I categorically mention you that, there is so many person are involved with Corruption and theft in mid day meal. So, Careful approach is highly needed. We are with you.

Lodge a complain before the D.I. of said School for mid-day meal corruption and made a copy to the Hon'le Education Minister of the State, keep one copy with you and then send the same to the secretory of the said School Committee.
