Problem in police verification or background check.

Actually September 2022 me mere ek lady relative ne mere parents ke saath mujhe bhi involve karke hmare upar direct court me jhoothi complaint chori or ipc section 354b ke under file kar di thi jisme sirf ek witness present hua hai abhi tak judge ke samne, uske alawa ab us case me koi bhi gawahi ke liye nahi ja raha hai because ham logo me samjhota ho gaya hai ki case me aage kuch nahi karna hai but wo case abhi close bhi nahi hua hai, to kya ye Govt. Job ke police verification me problem karegi

You need to approach the High Court for the quashing of the same. And if you all have gone through a settlement deed then attach that deed in the quashing petition along with the true translated and true typed copies of the orders of the court. After that you can apply for a fresh PCC. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Aap is case ko jldi se jldi khtm bhi kara sakte hai...baur agar samjhauta ho gaya hai toh sec 482 CrPC me High Court se FIR quash/khatam bhi kara sakte hai... jisme zadatar sirk ek tareek ka samay lagta hai... uss case ke khtm honne ke baad kahi job me dikkat aane ke chances kamm ho jate hai..

yes this will create a problem in the police verification. It is requested that kindly get that case closed at the earliest and get the police to revoke the fir against yourself. in case that does not happen , then for govt job any police verification will show that.
