your question is not clear at all and what you are asking ...since you have not mentioned as to what section of ipc you are talking about.... first clarify that ...then I can help you you have to clarify ki aap IPC mein kis section ki baat kar rahe ho and have to tell the history of the case.

Dear clinet In any such offence, being a non bailable offence you have to apply for a bail before the magistrate’s court. It is the discretion of the court to grant or deny bail. Feel free to reach out in case of further discussion
