Pregnant Girlfriend treating for court/Rape case.

Hello sir! I was in a relationship in which my girlfriend became pregnant. At that time she said that I have nothing to do with her. I said that there will be problems in the future but she said that you should not be concerned with it. But as time passed, she started threatening me that this is yours and I will ruin your life. Since then I have been living a suffocated life, it has been 5 months now.Then She says I raped her, I will ruin your life for you.

U immediately file a anticipatory bail before high court if any complaint has been sent by her. If u have any proofs that she was a consenting party then u should not worry about it though still there is fear of u getting g arrested. Contact me for any help.

firstly if she has not yet filed an FIR against you you can apply for an anticipatory bail before the competent court and also you can file a representation before the local police and SP that you are being threatened for such things by your girlfriend. also try to find such evidence in which this fact can be established that you and your girlfriend had consensual sexual relationship. also that you were in a relationship which was not broken from your side
