police recorded my statements wrong in the charge sheet

I am complainant. chargesheet of FIR submitted by police. on the chargesheet my statements and statements of other witnesses falsely entered. I want these to be corrected. yet the charge sheet is at clerk (that is its not reflecting on e courts)/.
what action can I take?
feel free you can file your statement with the magistrate whenever the police files it's chargesheet in court statement under section 161 will be recorded again therefore there is no value of statement recorded with police

you can file affidavits before S.P.or S.S.P of district that I/We never given such statements so in the light of affidavits further investigation may be done by another I.O.
If no action be taken then you can file a writ petition before High court for directing the authorities to ensure fair investigation.
However you have right to rebut these statements in court itself during the trial.
