Police officers had raped in my absent and abducted my wife and killed

Sir, I have a lot of problems after my gentle wife was allured, abducted and killed by abductor Police officer of Uttarpara PS and I have been suffering and surviving with two minor bereaved children, resigned from job in fear and for assistance wrote to CM, and Governor of West Bengal, PMO, MHA, CBI, NCW, NHRC, CJI of SC, and even to Hon'ble President of Bharat. Only a xerox of postmortem report is given by IC of Uttarpara PS but no deadbody was either shown or given of my wife for funeral..

you can file a writ of habeas corpus to atleast discharge the body if it is at all available. more over you need to prove that your wife was raped by the police. have you got proof. please get in touch with S S LAW Offices 80 13 02 18 18

Firstly, an FIR needs to be registered at the nearest police station, and if they deny registering the FIR, then we need to approach the jurisdictional court to order the police station to register an FIR and investigate. I believe you need proper guidance in order to fight the case. Otherwise, there is no way out when the accused is a police officer.
