Police not filling charge sheet

1. A group of people cheated me by selling land of other person.
2. An FIR lodged against them in PS Kalyanpur Kanpur Nagar. Crime number 04/2025.
3. Accused people got arresting stay on ground of mediation.cr writ 1070/2025.
4. Due to pendency in Hounarable High courts Allahabad case pending before court. Stay vacation application and counter affidavit filed timely in court.
5. I had consulted to more than 5 learned counsel, they all are giving same advice that police must submit charge sheet.
Aapke case me sabse badi dikkat ye hai ki accused ne mediation ke naam par arrest stay le liya hai aur ab pura matter High Court me latak gaya hai. Police charge sheet file kare bina aapka matter aage nahi badhega — aur isi delay ka fayda samne wali party uthayegi.

I have gone through your order-sheets of your court case.
Mediation has completed and its report has been sent to the court. The police are not able to file charge-sheets because the court has granted a stay and it is still operating.
Your advocate should request to vacate this stay from the Hon'ble court.
As long as this ad-interim stay is operating , the police are not able to file the charge-sheets.
