10-May-2025 (In Criminal Law)
I had filed a criminal case against my husband but police gave C summary report. For which I filed Protest Petition in the MM Court giving all the evidences as given earlier. My Question is What to do if the Police again submits C Summary report ? What should be the next step / procedure ?

Well, if the Police again submits C Summary Report, then, you can challenge submission of such Report on record by filing a Petition to seek an Interim Injunction from the Bombay High Court until Bombay High Court does not decide whether the MM Court has to accept on record or not such submission of C Summary Report!

You must point out all arguments in your Protest Petition. Try to submit a written Arguments at the time of final arguments in your protest petition. However, if your protest petition is still rejected, you may still challenge the same before the appellate court. in case you require any further legal assistance you may contact me.
