I am a senior citizen and travel consultant for over thirty years. I have a lady client whom I helped get a UK visa to her daughter two times. I had worked for her hu lost id in India and got him through the Embassy in New Delhi. I worked on her visa paperwork with U.K. Home Office as she had been denied because of her long absence from the UK. She asked me to help her daughter find a job in UK. and she was rejected. Now she files a complaint to recover all payments made over 8 years.

Don’t worry sir she is not going to succeed in this matter. Bogus case and also the limitation period has expired . no FIR will be registered as the same falls under the civil domain and not criminal case and therefore you may relax and dont panick.
