My husband always misbehaves when he is drunk or not and fights and abuses on illogic reasons..sometimes he thretens to kill me and my brother and my family..he always listens and watch hyper and aggressive movies songs and always talks about piston gun chaku goli etc ..sometimes he seems to be mentally ill. I am a senior citizen and travel consultant for over thirty years. I have a lady client whom I helped get a UK visa to her daughter two times. I had worked for her hu lost id in India and got him through the Embassy in New Delhi. I worked on her visa paperwork with U.K. Home Office as she had been denied because of her long absence from the UK. She asked me to help her daughter find a job in UK. and she was rejected. Now she files a complaint to recover all payments made over 8 years.

Hi,Need to know is SLP valid filled after 5 Months of divorce decree? However, husband got already remarried post completed 90 days of appeal limitation period .

The SLP after 5 months can be considered, but it depends on the Court's discretion to condone the delay. Means Now also u can approach court if you have sufficient cause.The remarriage after 90 days is valid unless there was a stay or an appeal already filed within the limitation period.
