Police called me stating i have false B.ed certificate but i dont have

I have been called by a local policce station. They said I agave fake certificate of B.ED, but I am an educational consultant but I do not do B.ED but many days ago some students came to me and I reffered them to an other educational consultant and I think they person gave some fake documents to students, andd now I am in problem. So please help me.
You must accompany with a lawyer or ask your lawyer to go and talk and understand the situation and accordingly you can act thereupon under guidance of your lawyer. It will be safer if your lawyer visits first.

Need not to panic just obtained the certified copy of the f.i.r. and apply for anticipatory bail in the proper court of law under section 438 cr.p.c , obviously if ur name is there in the f.i.r as an accused or else u can go for quashing the f.i.r before the hon'ble high court...

Why to worry if your educational institute do not have B.ED ? You have only said the studenrs that ur educational institute do not do B.ED but mentioned the name of the institute who have B.ED in their syllabus. But if a case has been instituted the you must go for anticipatory bail.

MY OPINION THAT you have in problem due to the fake educational B.ED certificate carrying by your other consultant , according to your present version you get problem for fake documents are given by that person to the concern students, and i think that you have multiple legal ways to protect you & prove the original facts, contact me.
