Pocso case filed against me after 7-8 years. Many false information.

I am a male teacher. pocso case filed by an old male student after 7-8 years. That student is now 25 years old at least. What I can do?

If you have got any summons from the court then you should attend the same and join the proceedings of the court. And if possible apply for an anticipatory bail in advance just in case if police try to arrest you then you can be released on personal bonds. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

if the case has been filed then fir must mist have done. Are you on the bail Or not. This is just exact statement that you have made in fact you have to explain much more then only you will be given appropriate advice.

if the case pertains to the jurisdiction of Delhi then it can be fought easily and the details can be submitted to the court debarring you from the case. Anyways without the details it is not possible to provide you the solution

It's imperative that you apply for anticipatory bail promptly before the sessions court to prevent any risk of arrest at any time. Additionally, you can seek to have it quashed before the Honorable High Court.
