Physical and verbal harassment by neighbour for petty matters.

Hi, we reported a physical (no injury) and verbal assault to police against my neighbour in civil related matters. IO came in my apartment and found merit so he filed the petty case to court and told us the accused neighbour will receive the court summon soon. I asked to the IO few days after the incident and he said the case has been filed and he will be summoned. At the same time I inquired the same thing with my security and others in my apartment and found he didn’t receive any court notice.
