I have been threatened, blackmailed, getting abused and stalked by a person from a long time now. I’m in a marriage so I am not sure how to report this person, are their any legal ways that can help me out.
Dear Madam,
At the cost of your privacy and risk you can lodge complaint with Police and if Police are influenced by that person then you can file Private Complaint and see that he discontinue troubling you. On the other hand you may also send a strong legal notice to him and a copy of the same may be sent to his employer to remove him from the job.
