Phone confiscated in school and they are not returning the phone back

I'm in 11 class, my phone was confiscated during my half yearly exam. I know I made a mistake and have learnt my lesson but school is refusing to give my phone back until school is over. Please help and advice what can I do toh get my phone back?

Issue a Legal Notice through Council that will work and your school will provide your Mobile Phone asap except that no other remedies in favor of you its all your fault and you know it so go ahead and move that Notice to the Authorities.

As you are telling that the mobile was seized during the half-yearly examination, the school administration has the right to cancel the exam or give whatever punishment is there related to that examination, but there is no reason to confiscate the mobile for such a long time. There is no provision, this is a violation of Article 21 of the Constitution. Contact for more information, you will be fully helped.
