Petition to enter my property where murder took place

Person A accused for conspiring his wife death inside their house. He is on bail and chargesheet already submitted. But his lawyer doing nothing for person A to get into his house. It is not seized but locked by his in laws family. It is a self acquired property of wife.
If the chargesheet is submitted then trial will commence, if that person is not allowed to enter his house locked by the inlaws family then that person should make a written complainant before the Learned Court regarding the same and then Court will take necessary decision.
