Person speaking ill about girl's character want to take action

Agar koi kisi ladki ka character ka Lia galat bolta ha to us ladki ko kya krna chaiya

A person known to you can only comment about your character. If such a person is making comments in public, take support from general public and in case of home or in your relations, take support of your family members, known persons and report the matter to police. Rest the police will do. However if the issue is not sensitive, do not proceed with police proceedings. It is better to take professional legal advice before proceeding with any criminal proceedings to save your time and energy.

HI Dear, You can approach local police station and give written representation to the concerned SHO to take action in accordance with law whilst giving representation must assure to submit proof ,if any ,along with it. The SHO will settle the issue at his end by giving warning or he can also registered FIR against the person if circumstances required. And if local SHO did not take complaint against the person then you have remedy under criminal procedure code to file criminal complaint before judicial magistrate 1st class for necessary action. Police mein jaake report kariye. Agar police action nhi leti toh court ko application do ke police action nhi le rhi. Aaj kal ladkiyon ko bahot sahaayata mil rhi hai court se. Agar koi bhi samasya ho toh news walon ko bhi bata do.

That girl can take action against that person under section 354 of the indian penal code. She can make. Complaint to the concerned police station and thereafter police is duty bound to take action against that person
