Q: remedies for non filing of FIR in 498A

I have filied a case of 498 A and Domestic violence against my in-laws and husband. My Mother in law took 8 lakhs from us and father in law took 2 lakhs. We have all trasaction details available but still complaint is pending in police station from 1.5 yrs..what do do now? All jwellary are in their possesion. We have attached bills for evidence. We met IPS officers too... But no action taken till now.

It depends on your case and facts.Some time judge give u stay for time being and some time he don't give without hearing other party.Latest judgement says stay in any case cannot be more then 6 monthsRegards

My wife is always quarreling me,my motherand whatever my relatives.she always prefer to go police station after quarreling.wh.at cases can police charge against me and my relatives.what to do in this type saturation.plz guide me.she is totally ilitrate.she dont perform wife duty.always wasting resources and asking she start quarrelling.plz sir giv idea for control her.

Dear She can file various cases under IPC and domestic violence Act against you and your family members.Before she take any action involve some relatives of both side and try to settle the matter amicably.Or else you can approach SSP and move representation to protect you and your family in case she move any complaint against you all.Regards

Bail application rejected from session court. Then it is filed in high court how much time required for hearing on bail.

DearYou have not mentioned is it Anticipatory bail or Regular bailAnticipatory bail come up for hearing before bench after 2days.If judge satisfied he can issue interim not to arrest n fix up date for hearing to both parties.Regular Bail come up for hearing after 7 working days of filing.Bail may be granted on first date of hearing or sometimes it take time Above is procedure in punjab and haryana high court other high courts I don't know.

Q: Legal action against harassment by wife & mother in law

I am bank employer. I have married on 25.01.2012. I have 5 year old son. My mother in law who is also a divorcy live here forcefully. After that both lady harass me daily and I can not met my son. My salary is also captured. I eat food outside home. On deny, they call the neighbours and became very emotional and also claim to harass us. Every neighbours is faith on their lie. They demand me 50 lakh rupee for divorce. Sir i have no propery only salary. What can i do, please advise us.
