Permission for going abroad while criminals case is pending

Hi,nCan any person going to abroad for job while criminals trial case is going on..nOr can he/ she got permission for going abroad in this case?

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that if any case is there and you are the person named in the FIR or then you can only be given permission on special occasions unless it's you have to be present during trial for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.

yes he can go abroad if criminal trial is going on. if any person have sufficient ground or the concerned court satisfied by his opinion then court may grant the permission for abroad. For more detail plz contact me
