okay I understand your questions you are mentioned your question people FiledFIR againest you and your brother right so but which sectin they mentioned in FIR you are not mentioned question so it is bailablw offence or not bailable affence that is important so you have to take anticipatery bail means section 438;application from session court if you need any legal help contact me thank you

If the offence are non bailable kindly apply for anticipatory bail... kindly let us know place state so that you can be helped. feel free to consult for further guidance if you need also be away from police you can be arrested if its non bailable

Dear Sir, If it is really false you have two options. Firstly you go to High Court by filing quashing petition under Section 482 of CrPC and get further investigation stayed and later it may be quashed. Secondly you may approach the Police tried to convince the Police that is false and ask them to file B report that is no case report.
