I have a cross criminal case pending on me and my father on 323/341/325/354b/506/34 ipc. They broke my hand, beaten my father and mother so we registered fir first.nI am preparing for govt. Job. Chargesheet is submitted on my father and me. AM I ELIGIBLE FOR GOVT. JOBS? OR I WILL BE OUT IN POLICE VERIFICATION? It is my first case. do not supress any fact. make full disclosure. get the matter settled if you can. for postal dept this case would cause hurdle. since you have not been convicted you might be considered however if you get convicted then you would loose your job. in case they reject you for this police case then file a case in appropriate forum (CAT Or high court as the case may be) for relief.
