If you feel your lawyer is not cooperating, you have the right to change your counsel at any stage of the proceedings. You can engage another advocate who can file a vakalatnama on your behalf and continue your case. Immediately check your next hearing date from the official eCourts portal., Consider appointing a new advocate if you feel exploited.

hi first need to see whether the police had filed an application for cancellation of bail and its grounds and tjen you could engage an advocate to oppose it and whether any rowdy sheet is being filed against then you could challenge it

You have a right to know your case status and next hearing date from the court directly. You can check the cause list or case status on the official District Court / High Court website using your case number, FIR number, or party name. If your current lawyer is uncooperative and demanding excessive fees, you can engage a new lawyer and file a vakalatnama change before the court. A new advocate can then handle your bail compliance, ensure you are present on dates, and protect you from bail cancellation. If someone is trying to falsely implicate you repeatedly to get your bail cancelled, your lawyer can move an application before the same court or High Court seeking protection and to bring these facts on record.
