Q: Email complaint to police dept.

Hi, I have reported a theft issue to the police department by email the hand-written, signed and scanned copy of complaint letter to the registered emailid of the police station as the police were not taking the case physically.Do I have to appear in person even after signing the complaint letter? is there any difference between typing the complaint in email body and sending the handwritten, signed and scanned complaint letter by email?Do I hv to appear in person in both the cases to the PS?

what is the crime,if there is you can file zero fir at any police station ,they will transfer to the ps where the crime happened,they will register the zero FIR and forward to the concerned police station.

Q: Hand loan taken and Absconded with family

My friend took 25 lakhs as hand loan and not responding. phone switched off . dont know about whereabouts

if you have any cheques,promissory notes,or any transaction history can be easily file a suit,if they have any properties you can try to get money through the suit,but whereabouts are important to know to make the trials

Q: Criminal Intimidation, Harassment and Defamation by neighbour

I am facing continued harassment, defamation, and intimidation from a resident in my apartment who is spreading false allegations, misusing CCTV access to monitor my family, and pressuring my landlord to evict us without cause. Despite never approaching us directly, he has publicly spoken against us, damaging our reputation and peace of mind.Filed a police complaint but they are not registering the petition. What to do now?

if any call recordings,videos of any disputes with you or your neighbour,if possible your landlords verification of the pressure of the nieghbour over him to evict your,any proof of unauthorised access to cctv footage for withem we can file through police or through court to stop further inconvenience

Q: Police Verification Market not Clear

This is for my daughter. She is 18. Rest of the family got our renewed passport. My Daughters police verification is marked as not clear. Reason- Her Mothers name has Initials of her Father in Marksheet ( Sita A R Sharma ) and in daughters application is mentioned mothers name as Sita Sharma. I dont understand when passport office it self are okay - why is police doing this clerical work instead of criminal and citizenship check.

police are confined to verify the documents from and not make corrections, any error was done can be corrected through notice to the passport office further only through verification of both your wife's and daughter's applications

Q: Brokerage disputes after the deal landlord is refusing full payment

I was engaged For lease facilitation of a property. And I did complete the facilitation by getting client and closing the deal and had all communication on WhatsApp about certain fee and from the beginning he had wrong intent and did not allowed me to formalise it by any contract or invoice ever after repeatedly asking for one as I made 10 visits to his place during the process. And now when he received advances and property is in possession of the tenant the landlord is refusing any agreemement
