Q: How to withdraw 302 CrPr case?

He's male and has 45 years old He got imprisonment in May 2022 with case 302 his wife fabricated proved he has murdered his small daughter but She was in anger with him during verbal arguments she pushed 6 months baby but he didn't noticed, when he saw baby was looking not good condition so he himself rushed to the hospital

in a cc case private complaint cas 319 crpc detailed answer required.in ongoing 319 crpc crl mp petition in ongoing cc case mm court The respondents/accused have filed their counter statement to the application . court has noted that the matter is now at the stage of hearing the petitioner’s side in response to that counter. counter is filed with no evidence just mere denial and misinterpretation of law quoted ,hearing of the petitioner’s side enquiry has been postponed. meaning of this enquiry?

pp has asked time for further enquiry,accused merely denied but not produced any proof to prove their guilt,just that the case filed with wrong section, court did not consider accused counter as adequate and asked for complainants response for the counter by accused public prosecutor has asked for time hence hearing postponed

Q: DV Cases Filed - Court Case status shows Summons - What to do next ?

Hi Everyone, My Spouse filed a DV case against me but however I have no clue or Idea that It was filed. I have not received summons, in MC case in one of the Affadafit she mentioned she filed a DV case few months back. Today when I checked the case number couple of court dates already finished. What are the next steps ? Should I wait to receive the court notice ? Current Case Status: SUMMONS

your burden starts only after receiving of summons,if the petitioner can't send summons to you the case will stay only in summons, no adverse orders are passed against you, if you wish to take it voluntarily u can appear before the court,

Q: Email complaint to police dept.

Hi, I have reported a theft issue to the police department by email the hand-written, signed and scanned copy of complaint letter to the registered emailid of the police station as the police were not taking the case physically.Do I have to appear in person even after signing the complaint letter? is there any difference between typing the complaint in email body and sending the handwritten, signed and scanned complaint letter by email?Do I hv to appear in person in both the cases to the PS?

what is the crime,if there is you can file zero fir at any police station ,they will transfer to the ps where the crime happened,they will register the zero FIR and forward to the concerned police station.
