Order sheet from court as an evidence of free from case.

17-Sep-2023 (In Criminal Law)
In 2013, an FIR was filed against me involving 4 individuals with under IPC 307. Later I have been cleared from charges in the police chargesheet and case in "court" runing now against for remaining 3 persons. The case is currently in the process of being heard at Session Judge and framing of charges has been completed in 2020. Also, I have never summoned by court. Can I get order sheet from court "at this time" as an evidence of free from case, or it is only possible after judgement of case?

Yes...you can always apply for the certified copy of your case. For that you need to approach the court with the certified copy form and get it counter signed by the concerned magistrate and then give it to the copying agency of the court. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

as per chargesheet is you name is dropped than you are not accused and if inorder to reach to justice court may summon to appear before the court and assist the court and court can summon any one although he may be not named in the case in order to give justice.

you can contact the I/O and ask for a copy of chargesheet and other relevant documents. incase the court has made any observation regarding your exclusion from the matter a certified copy of order can also be obtained. you can file case of defamation, malicious prosecution and can levy criminal charges against person who made false complaint against you and claim compensation and seek conviction of the complainant. should you have any questions please feel free to contact me
