If you are looking for fair investigation you have an option to file a writ at you consent high court which will direct sp of your city to fair investigation based on biased & tinted facts SP on his own discretion will never order investigation once final order is submitted

investigation can be directed at any moment even after submission of the chargesheet however it is also important to state that if the charge sheet has been submitted before the court below and upon which the cognizance order has been passed then a formal permission is required for further investigation
