Well, firstly sending abusive messages to anyone is just not right irrespective of whether it's a male or female. And as far as the legal notice is concerned you need to parawise reply to the same showing your innocence that it was just in anger and was not intentional. Abusing any women sexually or in any other manner, is a serious crime and not a petty issue as per law in India. Derogatory or defaming comments outraging her modesty, can definitely end you in trouble.
