Online defamation and harassment

There is this woman whom I don't even know personally. She has been harassing me from past 7 years. She keeps defaming me everywhere on facebook, all over the world. She uses all illegal means to trouble me. She, her son and her daughter keep writing all false information about me. She does this so that nobody can come to me and buy products from me. She feels that she should be the only seller.

You may send her a legal notice through your counsel calling upon her to stop such defamatory acts against you or you may take legal action against her. If she continues defaming you even after notice then you may very well file defamation case against her.

for this you have to file a criminal complaint in your nearby police station. And tell them that from seven years this incident is taking place and tell them to file a criminal complaint against them. also file for harassment done by them to you

File a criminal defamation against the woman, her son and daughter for their unlawful activities just because she wants no one to buy products from you and only from the woman. Get an FIR registered against all three for defamation and subsequently the matter will go to the court. Court will take appropriate action by passing appropriate order. Well, if you have got evidences against this Woman, who is online defaming you, then, you can file a Civil as well as Criminal Defamation against her. You can file Civil Defamation Case to seek monetary compensation in the form of Damages and you can file a Criminal Case to seek Jail Punishment for her.
