One man cheated me of 15.82 lakhs in promise of marriage, he took out loans and used my credit cards in the name of helping me grow financially by starting a fresh business ( since he said i'm his wife & manipulated me in believing that his treating me like his wife)

You have to file an FIR in the nearest police station or else if you have the transactions proof then You can file a money recovery suit or else if you have cheque encashed in your name then you can bounce those cheques and file a cheque bounce case!

Dear Madam, Financial transactions are different from marriage relationship. Since false promise was made by that person and cheated you. You can lodge a strong complaint with higher police officers and get register with many sections of Indian Penal Code (BNS) like cheating and false promise to marriage and teach him a lesson. If possible get a blank signed cheque from him with the help of Police after lodging complaint.

If you have lost money and he has made false from the beginning to extort money you can file a cheating and breach of trust case against him meantime you have to intiate money recovery suit for recovering money and attach his assets otherwise you won't get single rupee
