i not supply sonography machine nither i mat him from 10 y.no evidence invoice etc. how too defend now as i booked in pcpndt act and i am 2 nd accused now.i appear in court against samman issue.jnfc given judicial custady now i am on bail this is private complaint.

you will have to file a detailed reply against the complaint file against you before the jmfc code hire an advocate who will help you get out of this case if you fail to prove your innocence before the court then the court may impose fine up on you or main also suspend you from practicing as a doctor
