Notice recieved on Suiside case under CRPC 174 & Impact on job joining

I got one notice from police station stating that I bought a land from a person and that person did suicide after 5 month.It is mentioned that they are investigating under CRPC 174. I got selected for government job & they asked 1st)Have you ever been prosecuted? (i.e has a charge sheet in a criminal case been filed against you in any court of law) 2nd) Is any criminal case pending against you in any Court of Law at the time or filling up this Attestation form? What to fill I got notice only ?

It's just a notice so you can always write no in your form. But first of all kindly inquire from the police officials what's the exact problem and why are you calling me in this matter because you might get in trouble after some time when the case starts. It's better to be aware of all the things in advance.

it's just a notice and it can't be right, there may be some clerical error in it or the address present in it may be not mentioned rightly there may be many ifs and buts. if you are sure you don't have done nothing like they are claiming then nobody can even touch you. but you have to oblige the notice as there is some authority behind it and that's judiciary
