No follow up in the case wherein wife made false allegations on me

My case is going on 498a, dv act and divorce case is going on since 2012, last year Jan 2016 my wife file a false complaint that at singhu border delhi I was try to kidnap her along with two or three person and on next day she file a complaint to sp office sonipat and filed transfer divorce petition from fbd to sonipat in high Court Chandigarh on appearance before I reached the court in person the case was transfered to sonipat,, i met with sp office sonipat on Jan 2016 after received the notice from high Court that my wife file false complaint against me that I try to kidnap her when she came back after the attend date in fbd court.. I request to sp office and gave written application plz investigate the case and I am ready to cooperate with police whenever they. Cal me Ann mention my contact no in application but now almost more then one year gone but not received any call from police and no fir lodge till date .. I want to file criminal case ..it is possible or not?
