Need the process to close the case

I got arrested in weed case and bailed out, the case is still pending. Am I able to apply for visa ,how to close the case

You may try filing a petition to quash the case under crpc 482 if it's a false case. Or file a petition seeking speedy trial. Hire a professional Criminal trial lawyer in your defence. Seeking speedy trial may also end negative to you. Hire a professional.
