Need suggestion on quashing fir sections 506 and 509

Hi , i need some suggestion my uncle family put false case againist my whole family under section 506 and 509 father a1 mother a2 and me a3 now i am working as a software employee so i want to quash can you give your suggestion

hi yes you could file quash petition against FIR but need to see the allegations mentioned in the FIR and that you could say that the allegations mentioned in the charge sheet are false and vague and that you were not connected to the case

Yes we can file a quash case in the high court and also we take relief to go to lower courts and immediately we take relief for going to lower courts and quash your case, approach us we help in quashing your case
