Need proper guidance regarding my FIR which is filed at pauri garhwal,

Sir, a FIR is launched on 3july 2023 including husband, mother & father and I cooperate with SHO and gave her all the evidence I have and recorded statement of myself and mu family after that time no phone calls no information had been given to him...I want closure FR on this or chargesheet toh file what are the remides for me to punish my wife against thi case and what should I do ?please reply

Well, in order to tackle with this lodged FIR, you can file a Petition in the concerned High Court under Sec 482 of the CRPC, 1973 for quashing the FIR and Criminal Proceedings for once and all, if you have evidences, that, the FIR has been lodged against you on the basis of false allegations, without substantive evidence.

Well, you can either approach trial court and request the concerned Judge to speed up trial of your case or you can approach High Court under Sec 482 of the CRPC, 1973 to get the FIR and Criminal Proceedings quashed against you.
