Need legal help with summons received from court u/s 341, 323 and 506


23-Jul-2023 (In Criminal Law)
I am a retired individual, residing at Visakhapatnam. I was a member of the Executive Committee (EC) of the society and held the post of treasurer. nn2. I responded to verbal abuse by a resident and slapped him. He had since filed a complaint and a FIR u/s 341, 323 506 IPC against me. I have received summons to present myself in the court on 26 Jul 23.nn3. Need legal help

hi you need to engage an advocate in court to appear and defend on your behalf and also you could file quash petition to quash the FIR as it is based on all false allegations and that you are not connected to the allegations

Through which court you received the summons?, you can engage an Advocate for defending your case, on 26/07/23 you have to appear in the court if you fail to appear so Arrest Warrenton will be issued upon you.
