NEED LEGAL ADVICE ON TRANSFER OF CASES FROM ONE COURT TO ANOTHER

Sir,nThree different cases under section 498(A), u/s 12 and u/s 376 are on trial in Tufanganj court against me. I am a central govt. employee and residing in Siliguri. My home address is in Boxirhat,Coochbehar. I want to transfer the cases from Tufanganj court to Siliguri Court . Please guide me the right way. I want a good lawyer who can save me from the above mentioned cases. I am confortable in Bengali language.

given that you are the male counterpart in this cases which supposedly has been filed by your partner who might be unemployed and she being a lady and a complainant it would be difficult for her to travel to siliguri the transfer may not be easy. but this is my prima facie view based on the presumption I made. it would be a safer bet to get your case documents vetted by a good advocate preferably who practices in High Court Calcutta to get the best course of action to follow. thanks & regards, Tanmoy Chattopadhyay, M.Sc (Net), LL.B (Delhi), Advocate, High Court, Calcutta.
