hi first need to see the copy of the chargesheet and also the allegations mentioned in it and then you could file for cancellation of bail in the present case and after going through the allegations and the reasons for granting bail

Let me explain to you in simple words. Non-Bailable offences are the offences where in the Bail is granted by the Courts of law only. In Bailable offences the Police Officer can grant the bail. In Non Bailable offences the accused has to satisfy the court that he is not a threat to the victim or witness or to the police officers, he will not tamper the evidence , he will cooperate with the police officers, attend the courts regularly, doesn't leave the country without permission. Now it is upon the court Whether to grant the bail or not or to grant it by imposing a conditional bail or non conditional bail , with or without surety , with or without bond amount. if you want to object then you can object through the public prosecutor. or you can appear in person and cite the objections. if he gets bail then you can appeal that bail or wait for him to make the false move with which his bail gets automatically cancelled.
