Need a suggestion related to a criminal complaint

My name is Akash choubey and i am second year law student. I have few land dispute cases. So due to this there was a false criminal complaint case is filled against me and my family members. And summon was given under section 323,147,154a and 504 ipc. And false medical report is also attached. Right now before charge testimony is taking place. And i also got bail from the first class magistrate. So how should i approach my case to quash these allegations against me??

I have gone through your query. you need to file an application before the high court to quash the charges against you or any one. Only high Court has power to quash the allegations against you. its called quashing of FIR

If you know that the allegations against you in the FIR are false and baseless, you should immediately go for quashing of the FIR before the High Court rather than proceeding with the matter. We need to see your papers to find out whether you have good grounds to go for quashing. Kindly approach me for further assistance.

Well, there are two ways to get the case quashed against you, participate in the ongoing testimony sessions for recording purpose if you think that, your Advocate will be able to expose the wrongdoings in terms of false evidences filed against you or proceed by filing a case of Quashing under Sec 482 of the CRPC, 1973 before the concerned High Court.

you can file an application for discharge from this case charge has not been framed. the discharge application should be precisely mentioning about your not involvement in the case after that you can also file for quashing under section 482 of CRPC before honorable High Court
