Need 10 years passport & relaxation in bail condition

I am wrongly charged with IPC 420 406 34 in pune but i stay in mumbai My bail condition says that I have to take permission from court everytime while I travel outside. My passport is expired. I only got 1 year passport which us expired while I was not aware that I can get 10 yrs passport too. So I need passport for 10 yrs as well as I need bail condition to be relaxed that I should inform court about my travel details everytime rather than taking permission which is time consuming.

Well, if you want to get your Bail conditions relaxed, then either we have to file a Review in the same Court or We have to file an Appeal in the concerned High Court to get the Bail conditions relaxed for you.

Well, The Telangana High Court, Bombay High Court, several other High Courts and even Supreme Court of India has made it clear that pendency of criminal cases cannot be a ground to deny renewal or issue of a passport to an applicant.
