An NBW is against me by a judicial court in kerala, however I have life threat from their police, can I inform this to local police or can nearby magistrate.
if NBW issued in a case in which you are accused z you have to appear before the Kerala court and need to apply and obtain for bail, otherwise at any moment metal police can arrest you, if any difficulties you can approach the nearest court for interim bail seeking time to visit Kerala, life threat all different issues kindly discuss with the lawyer before taking any steps.

no now is s.o.p. is their dont worry sfter lock down will take advocate and make warant recall. first will take regular bail already you have to took regular bail you do only warant recall other wise police will arrest you so you have to recall the warant it is batter for you thank you

no in this case if you go to inform they will directly arrest you, it is better you approach a lawyer get tyr NBW cancelled and recalled you will be safe. I hope you understand what NBW means, a non bailable warrant, so I advise engage a lawyer if you are not on bail get the bail and get the NBW cancelled.
