Navy guy fake promise of marriage

I was in a relationship with a navy guy who is a lieutenant, from starting of the relationship he promised me marriage...we had this physical relationship also I came to be with him for few days...had I known a little about what he was upto I would have never came. And now all of a sudden he cannot marry me bcoz his parents don't approve of it, though his parents say he already knew this don't know why he did it. Within one day of him talking to his parents he came to me to say I cannot. Do I stand a chance of complaint ?? I feel betrayed that everyday I used to take confirmation from him for marriage and despite knowing at his house he did this.

Yes you should file a complaint. This is wrong and sexual assault on pretext of marriage. The consent was obtain on pretext of marriage and now he is denying for marriage that means the intention of a person was very much clear to betray you for his personal satisfaction. Yes you may file complaint against him but then you have to stand your grounds, establishing sexual relationship on basis of pretext of marriage tantamount to rape. Also you may file complaint in his department so that there is a pressure from the unit as well. Decision is yours, whether to launch complaints or not.
