Name included in FIR by family but not in suicide video

Good morning Sir, Family has included my name in FIR but I am nowhere involve in threatening to the person who committed Suicide. Even in suicide video of accused he put responsibiliy to others for his cowerdy task. I have some personal issues with accused's younger brother so in Revenge he included my name in FIR. Please guide me for further action take by me.

Dear Client, Did police arrested you or not. Did u get bail or not. If not first of all get bail from the court after that go to Hon'ble Delhi High Court for quashing of FIR. Dear client for more clarification u can contact me and I m happy to help u.

you dont need to worry about it too much if your name is just include in FIR and there is no mention of you in the suicide video which was actually made by the person who committed it. but the police will still investigate and enquire you about the incident

There are not much details, but judging by what you are stating, you should obtain anticipatory bail from the concerned court failing which you may have to face an arrest and it is best to join investigation in the matter after getting a bail from the Court and assist the police with the enquiry. It can also be that at a later stage you can argue through a pleader to have the charges dimissed from the Honble Court. Thanks and Regards
