MY YOUNGER BROTHER IS FALSELY ACCUSED IN CASE RELATED IPC 406 AND 420.

Case is going on in Sangli magistrate court..and chargesheet is not filed yet. But my younger brother didn't take any peny of complaintant.. every 2nd Monday of every month he has to attend sangli city police station. What should I do ? Any one knows best lawyer in budget so I can find justice to 19 year old my younger brother

I would suggest that you file and anticipatory bail application in the District and session court of the area of the judicial of the police station once the anticipatory bail is granted after that go for quashing of FIR

You will have to apply for relaxation of bail conditions before the court that has granted you bail a d imposed the conditions. If allegations are false and you have proofs then you may very well file FIR quashing petition before high court
