12-Jun-2024 (In Criminal Law)
Hi, My neighbour was using abusive words against my wife. When she called the police the police, the police arrested my me for the planned activity and looted 30 thousand so that they do not keep me in jail for a night under 107/151. Provided there is already a case running against a police officer and police is very supportive towards the accused police officer. And the whole police station is colluded to force me withdraw the case. There are many incidents. Many incidents

Sir, being a criminal case expert, you may discuss your case at length with me. Apparently, the police don't help you in any way. The only option you are left with here is to approach the Court of Law to get the appropriate FIR lodged against three police officials, who have committed wrong against you. You may consult me in that regard.

If the complaint was by your wife how can you you be arrested. this is questionable and if you have paid the police then why that has been done if there has been no charges against you Anyways it is much better to speak to someone advocate in person for the same

file a private complaint against that police personnel before a magistrate court . hope you have certain proofs to be adduced before the court and get an FIR registered. Also, prevention of corruption Act is also invited in such cases provided we see what evidence you have. All the best.
